Data Deletion Request
At Fitto, we take your privacy seriously. You can request the deletion of your account and your data at any time directly from your user profile.
How to delete your account:
- Log in to your Fitto account.
- Navigate to your 'Profile' page.
- At the bottom of the page, you will find the 'Delete Account' section. Follow the instructions to permanently delete your account and associated data.
What data is deleted:
- Your user account and profile information (name, email, etc.).
- Your contributions: comments, ratings, food error reports, recipe requests, and food requests.
- Your bookmarks and shopping lists.
What data is retained:
- We may retain some data for a limited period for legal or security reasons, such as transaction records (subscriptions), if applicable. This data will be anonymized or deleted as soon as it is no longer needed.
- Recipes. However, your user will be unlinked from your recipes.
